Sex with Child but no Jail

A teenage girl condemned former football star Lawrence Taylor today when he avoided jail after admitting paying to have sex with her when she was underage.
The 52-year-old New York Giants linebacker was sentenced to six years probation and will be put on the sex offenders register.

But after the judgement at Rockland County Courthouse, Christina Fierro, now 17, said he should have been imprisoned for what he did to her.
The teenager, identified in the court only by the initials CF, said the two-time Superbowl winner had taken 'something precious' from her when she was16-year-old.
She denied she was a prostitute and claimed another man forced her to go to a hotel room in May, 2010 where she met Taylor. The girl believes he knew she had been beaten and was underage.

At the hearing, her celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred asked the judge to let the girl read an impact statement. But the attorney was told victims were only entitled to speak at felony sentencings.
