A Craigavon man has appeared in court charged with having explosives, firearms, ammunition and items for terrorism.
In the dock at Lisburn Magistrates was Thomas John Edwards, from Meadowbrook, in Tullygally.
The 47-year-old was arrested by police investigating alleged dissident republican activity last Wednesday.
He is accused of possessing small arms propellant with intent to endanger life.
He is also charged with having an AKM assault rifle, a pistol, a mechanism for an improvised grenade launcher and a total of 46 bullets with intent to endanger life, and one count of possessing a telescopic sight and a balaclava for a terrorist purpose.
A detective told the court he believed he could connect him to the charges and under cross examination from a defence solicitor, confirmed during police interviews Mr Edwards gave an "explanation" for the telescopic sight but had "denied any knowledge of the other items".
No bail application was made.
He has been remanded in custody re-appear via video link next month.
