Liam Adams, the brother of Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams, has appeared in court in Belfast following his extradition to Northern Ireland.
Mr Adams had been handed over to the PSNI by gardaí at the border after the Irish High Court refused his appeal against extradition to face charges of Child Rape. For the past 15 days Liam Adams was heldin E-wing in Cloverhill prison, a protection wing for Paedophiles, Rapists and informers.
Gerry Adams TD has already been forced to admit publicly that he knew about the child rape allegations against his brother Liam, and further that he believed those allegations, however, Gerry Adams TD concealed those crimes from the authorities and helped his brother set up home in Dundalk County Louth where he had unfettered access to vulnerable children.
The father of Gerry Adams TD was a known serial child rapist, however, Gerry Adams TD gave his father a full IRA funeral in order to conceal his father’s child rape crimes. Gerry Adams Snr had used his position in Sinn Fein/IRA in Belfast to rape children, when victims spoke of their rape they were forced out of Belfast by Sinn Fein/IRA. On several occasions child rape victims were shot/mutilated for speaking about their rape at the hands of Sinn Fein/IRA criminals.
He was brought to the Laganside Magistrates Court in Belfast this morning.
He faces 18 charges, linked to allegations of sexual abuse made by his daughter, Áine Tyrell. She was in the public gallery today.
During today's hearing the defendant's solicitor, Philip Breen, spent several minutes making a case for his client to be granted bail.
He said at one stage that his client had nowhere to run.
Mr Breen also referred to his client's behaviour, while he was on bail across the border.
But the presiding district judge, Fiona Bagnall, refused the bail application, citing risk of flight.
