Who Controls Sinn Fein 2021

 Who Controls Sinn Fein 2021

In my published letter to The Chief Constable of The PSNI in October, 2020, I stated clearly that The PIRA Army Council continues to enjoy coercive control over Sinn Fein/PIRA on the Island of Ireland and beyond.

Sinn Fein/PIRA disputed my assertions about The PIRA Army Council remaining the supreme ruling authority of Sinn Fein/PIRA. However, in December, 2020, a leaked MI5 Report confirmed that the PIRA Army Council remains the supreme ruling authority within Sinn Fein/PIRA.

It is important to remember, that when you are running a criminal enterprise, be that the Kinahan Cartel in Dublin or Sinn Fein/PIRA, you must cover your tracks, you create a myriad of front businesses or groups to conceal your true structure and activity.

If you simply listen to the news, you will know that Daniel Kinahan does not deal drugs in Dublin, he has created a myriad of layers through which his business is centrally directed and operated.

Sinn Fein/PIRA operate in exactly the same manner, if the PSNI or An Garda Siochana raid a Sinn Fein/PIRA meeting, those attending that meeting want to be able to explain that meeting.

For example, Sinn Fein/PIRA members training FARC Narco-Terrorists in Columbia in exchange for drug money, told the authorities that they were “Bird-Watchers”, anyone who knows James Monaghan, will know that he is a very good bomb maker and has no interest in the Yellow-eared Parrot which is native to Columbia.

The PIRA Army Council, Does it Exist?

PIRA ARMY COUNCIL 2021: Gerry Adams, Ted Howell, Martin Lynch, Des Mackin, Sean ‘Spike’ Murray, Sean Hughes, Ken O’Connell, Brian Tumilty, and Gerry Kelly do NOT make up The PIRA Army Council 2021, and are not the Shadowy organisation that Directs, The Coiste Seasta, The Committee!

Note: Sworn members of The Provisional IRA do not necessarily have a criminal conviction for such membership or related activity. Being a sworn member of The PIRA is about understanding the consequences if you are found to breach the Rules. It is about Loyalty to the Supreme Ruling authority of Sinn Fein/PIRA. It is about following The Green Book to the letter.

Mary Lou McDonald said:

“We don’t want a parliamentary party running the organisation. We want to stay a party of activists. It’s a totally different model. There’s nothing mysterious about it.”

With the above caveats explained, let us look at Sinn Fein/PIRA without bias. Let us look at an organisation that is not centrally driven by a small number of Sinn Fein/PIRA operatives.

Let us look at an organisation, that has, 23 years after The Good Friday Agreement set itself free from the clutches of Provisional IRA Criminals.

Martin Lynch and Ted Howell gave Identical written answers to RHI Inquiry

Let us look at what this Author has been told this 13th Day of January, 2021, by  a senior member of Sinn Fein/PIRA in Belfast. Read Intelligently.

The Coiste Seasta is also known as The Standing Committee and is the key body in managing and directing Sinn Fein/PIRA. There are presently eight people on The Coiste Seasta, and only one of the eight is an elected Sinn Fein representative.

Five members of the eight-person Committee are from Belfast, three are Convicted PIRA.

The ultimate ruling body of Sinn Fein/PIRA is the Ard Chomhairle, however, it is cumbersome body having as many as fifty members meeting at any given time, however, during the Pandemic emergency it has been unable to meet other than by sporadic Zoom engagements, which are easy to monitor for anyone who is interested.

Sinn Fein Ard Chomhairle Members 2021

Mary Lou McDonald, Michelle O’Neill, Dawn Doyle, Declan Kearney, Pearse Doherty, Conor Murphy, Matt Carthy, David Cullinane, John Feeley, Chris Hazzard, Paul Maskey, Ronan McGinley, Martina Anderson, Mary Ellen Campbell, Maire Devine, Sinead Ennis, Grace McDermott, Emma Sheerin, Deirdre Hargey, Liz Kimmins, Philip McGuigan, Caoimhe Archibald, Darren O’Rouke, Mairead Farrell, Clare Kerrane, Seadhna Logan, Natalie Treacy, Eamon Nolan, Rosie Ni Laoghaire, Enda Fanning, Mick Nuggent, Donna McGettigan, Louis Brierley, Michael Doyle, Michael MacDonncha, Matt Garret, Caoimhin Mccann,  Amy Collins, Aodhan O hAmhaill, Miriam Murphy, Ciaran Quinn, Ken O’Connell, Martin Lynch, Stiofan Madleid, Des Mackin, Brian Tumilty and Caoilfhionn Ni Dhonnabhain.

Normally, the Ard Chomhairle would meet about ten times a year, however, major decisions are normally sent down for approval rather than being organically raised and agreed upon from within the meeting. This process gives the appearance of democratic activity, rather than democratic centralism, a process borrowed from communist authoritarianism.

The Coiste Seasta which has only eight members, five of whom are from Belfast, meets every two weeks or more often if required, it has continued to meet through the pandemic.

The key here is that the Coiste Seasta has exactly the same Power as the fifty person Ard Chomhairle, when that Ard Chomhairle does not meet in full, as has been the case for the past twelve months.

All Sinn Fein/PIRA decisions for the Island of Ireland have been taken in Belfast over the past year by eight people, 5 from Belfast and three of the eight are convicted terrorists.

All of the Sinn Fein/PIRA Departments report to the Ard Chomhairle, through The Coiste Seasta. The Cosite Seasta also approves all payments above £250 out of Sinn Fein/PIRA Funds.

This means that when Sinn Fein/PIRA members had Covid 19 Grant money ‘resting’ in their personal accounts, that money, mistake or not, should have been declared to The Coiste Seasta, or it could appear that fraud would not be difficult.

The Coiste Seasta is presently made up of Declan Kearney MLA, who is the only elected member on the most powerful committee which oversees the financial and policy decisions of every Sinn Fein/PIRA elected member on the Island of Ireland.

Dawn Doyle, Brian Tumilty, Des Mackin, Des Keenan, Sam Baker, Ken O’Connell and Martin Lynch are the other seven members.

Three of the members of the eight person Coiste Seasta which controls Sinn Fein/PIRA are former PIRA prisoners.

Des Mackin has served a sentence for PIRA membership, and while he successfully fought an Extradition case in The USA brought by the UK, for shooting a solider, Des can now magically appear in the UK as and when he pleases.

Martin Lynch is a senior member of The PIRA with a long history of service, he was convicted of possession of Russian made Rockets, Grenades and firearms in 1982. Martin has served as Adjutant General on The PIRA’s Headquarter Staff.

Martin was also a driver for Gerry Adams when Roy McShane was outed as a RUC Informer.

Martin Lynch, Ken McConnell and Gerry ‘I haven’t Gone Away you Know’ Adams, also served on the Government Formation Team, which was formed after the Irish General Election and when they thought that they could over-turn the democratic will of 75% of the voting electorate.

Brian Tumilty was mentioned in a 2011 PSNI Report into the Kingsmill Massacre. In 1982 Tumilty was convicted of possession of an Armalite Rifle linked to The Kingsmill Massacre.

These three convicted PIRA members are also on the Ard Chomhairle, they are co-opted onto The Ard Chomhairle without question by Sinn Fein/PIRA President, Mary Lou McDonald.

These three senior PIRA members are joined on The Ard Chomhairle by convicted PIRA members Conor Murphy and Alex Maskey.
