In May 2020, Sinn Fein
President, Mary Lou McDonald TD gave an in-depth interview to the media, in
which she stated that The Provisional IRA Campaign of violence from its
creation in 1969 was “Justified”. Her continued mantra of “Justification” is
causing great hurt to those of us who were raped by Sinn Fein/PIRA members.
Mary Lou McDonald’s assertions
were made shortly after I had begun to deal with my rape at the hands of a Sinn
Fein/Provisional IRA, member, Michael Lynagh in 1980 in Monaghan Town, my rape
followed by being subject to a Kangaroo Court that was Chaired by Provisional
IRA Commander and Sinn Fein election candidate, JB O’Hagan.
When Mary Lou McDonald made
her comments in May 2020, I was basically dying from Covid 19, as I had chronic
asthma when I was a child which turned to phenomena, and so I was vulnerable to
Covid 19, I would not get hospital clearance until October 2020. While I am
fully vaccinated, I have suffered two further infections.
Mary Lou McDonald’s assertions
in May, 2020, that The Provisional IRA Campaign was “Justified”, caused and
continues to cause other survivors of Sinn Fein/PIRA Rapists and I, great
distress and mental anguish. I had genuinely hoped that Sinn Fein/Provisional
IRA under the Leadership of a young, apparently intelligent female would no
longer try to “Justify” the Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA campaign of violence, in
which the rape of women and children and the protection of their rapists is
central.
I would like now, to set out
my role within Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA and my knowledge of the rape of women
and children by Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA members, and explain how, the rape of
women and children and the protection of their rapists was and remains central
to the Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA campaign.
My Credibility
Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA will
try to discredit my assertions by stating that I was convicted of sexualassault in 2000. However, that conviction is presently returning to the Court
of Criminal Appeal on the basis of New Findings of Fact and as allowed under
the 1993 Criminal Justice Act.
In reality, even if the
allegations against me had been true, they would not diminish my credibility in
relation to this complaint, they would enhance it, as I was sharing a flat with
Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin TD when I allegedly began sexually assaulting the
complainant, I was answering to the most senior members of Sinn
Fein/Provisional IRA over a number of years when I was allegedly sexually
assaulting the complainant.
While I do not wish to get
into the detail of my fresh appeal against conviction, I will state the
following, which should be enough for any objective observer to realise that I
was subject to a Miscarriage of Justice.
The Complainant in the case
had been drugged with an unlicensed mind-altering-drug known as Seroxat (this
is on the transcript of the trial) however, in 2000, when my trial was being
heard, the manufacturers of Seroxat, SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, were
denying the extreme side-effects and addictive nature of Seroxat. Which is not
licenced in Ireland for use in children.
Since 2000, SmithKline Beecham
Pharmaceuticals, have been forced to make limited admissions about Seroxat,
however, it is no longer denied that both adults and children have committed
murder and suicide following the administration of Seroxat. Hallucinations,
False memories and addiction have also been admitted, following a successful $3
Billion law suit against, SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals.
The key allegation against me,
which offered the only ‘corroborating evidence’ in the case, began as a
described slapping incident on 6 July 1990, when the Complainant had once again
been caught stealing from her mother and then telling lies about that theft.
The Complainant told a social
worker about this slapping incident, she described being slapped on the bottom,
10-20 times, by me at the instigation of her mother. However, after being drugged,
and coerced, the Complainant would tell the Court, that on the 6 July, 1990,
she had been digitally penetrated for 10 minutes.
The Complainant had beendrugged with Seroxat by Provisional IRA, GP, Dr Marian Smyth, Glen Road,
Monaghan Town. Dr Smyth had a sexual relationship with one of her patients, Sinn
Fein/PIRA protected paedophile and serial killer, Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan, became
pregnant to Pete and gave birth to his child Michael, shortly after Pete was
shot dead by the SAS in 1991, as Pete and two other Provisional IRA members
were on their way to murder a Protestant in Tyrone. Upon complaint being made
to the medical council by me, Dr Marian Smyth admitted that Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan
was the father of one of her children, Michael.
Dr Marian Smyth had falsified
Michael’s birth certificate in order to make it appear that her ex-husband
Brian Smyth was Michael’s father, as Dr Marian Smyth could not have one of her
patients registered as the father of one of her children.
In 1991, I had been a close
associate of Pete Ryan, however, in 1998, I had become a high-profile
anti-Terrorist campaigner, due to the fact that my cousin, Provisional IRA
Chief of Staff, Kevin McKenna and Martin McGuinness told me that the Sinn
Fein/PIRA Leadership were arming The Real IRA to use as Proxies. My ex-wife
worked as a cleaner for Dr Marian Smyth in her surgery, which was the front
room in her house.
I had petitioned for Divorce
from my ex-wife, and that Divorce was being finalised on the 27 April, 1998, my
ex-wife and Dr Marian Smyth began the process of making allegations of abuse
against me 19 April, 1998. I spoke to the complainant 20 April 1998, and she
made no reference to any allegation, although she appeared drugged.
Also, worth noting that a Sinn
Fein/PIRA member (JD) who ran a high-profile campaign against me, upon my
release from prison, would a short time later be sentenced to 11 years in
prison for Raping his children, making videos of those rapes and sharing them
on Paedophile websites. The Sunday World, Irish Star and The Sun, who had given
(JD) a platform against me, had nothing to say when their hero (JD) was
convicted of child rape.
Sinn Fein/PIRA will also try
to suggest that I was never a member of Sinn Fein/PIRA, and that I am in fact
an imposture, however, I can assure you that I have no desire to fraudulent
claim that I was a member of a criminal gang that states that the murder and
rape of women and children is “Justified”.

As well as being a member of
The PIRA I was also an active member of Sinn Fein, we were Sinn Fein/PIRA
members under the control of The Provisional IRA Army Council, that position
remains in 2022.
Gerry Adams and Martin
McGuinness told the 1986 Sinn Fein/PIRA Ard Fheis that to leave Sinn Fein is to
Leave the Provisional IRA. This mantra was constantly drilled into us over the
years. The Provisional IRA Army Council remains in 2022 the supreme ruling
authority that provides an over arching strategy to Sinn Fein/PIRA.
I remember Joe Cahill telling
me in the early 1980s that The PIRA Army Council was in effect a Government in
waiting, at that time we had very little electoral support, and I thought Joe
Cahill was delusional, in 2022, I am beginning to realise that he had a long
term view.
Rape of women and children

In 1980, I was 16-years-old
and on my school holidays for the summer break. During the summer I was to
decide whether I would return to school and do my A-Levels (Leaving Cert
equivalent in NI) or begin an apprenticeship as electronics engineer with
Loughran’s Garage in Ballygawley, County Tyrone. I had already done a short
placement with Loughran’s Garage as part of my career guidance.
I had, as a child been in my
Uncle Sean’s (one of The Hooded men) house in Newry in 1969 when he and other
men had founded Provisional Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA in Newry. The Sinn Fein
Office in Newry gave political cover to the Provisional IRA to recruit and
train those who joined The Provisional IRA (Sinn Fein as a ‘political’ party
was not registered until 1971 from an address in Gardiner Street, Dublin).
Within a short period of time,
as a child, I had seen many atrocities committed by Sinn Fein/PIRA and Loyalist
Terrorists. When the British Army arrived, Catholics and Protestants were equally
happy, as the army would act a peace-keepers. History now shows that the Army
made many grievous errors of judgement, however, in the small town where I
lived, Aughnacloy, County Tyrone, the army were just part of normal living and
nobody took much notice of them, other than delays at check-points.
So, without getting into the
history of all violence in Northern Ireland, it is fair to say that by the time
I was 16-years-old I had seen too many dead bodies in their coffins, including
family, friends and neighbours.
In June 1980, I left my mother
and father’s house in Aughnacloy, County Tyrone, and I secured a bedsit for
myself in Monaghan Town, in The Republic. I began working in Monaghan Poultry
Products as a general labourer and I was paid what was officially know as
‘Child’s Wages’. I worked hard and was quickly elected as Shop-steward, I was,
under the direction of Jack O’Conor, the youngest (16-years-old) Shop-steward
in Ireland within the ITGWU.
As some of the older lads in
the factory were members of Na Fianna Eireann (Junior IRA) I was able to join
immediately. I began working in Monaghan Poultry Products the day after the
June Bank Holiday (3rd June, 1980) which was a Tuesday and on the
Thursday evening, I was doing drill with Na Fianna Eireann in Rossmore Forest
Park and our drill camp was interrupted by Garda Detectives Hugh Brennan and
Seamus Fleming.
In 1980, my cousin Jeff
McKenna, was running The Prisoners of War Department at Blessington Street in
Dublin. I would visit Jeff at the weekends in Dublin and we would go to Sinn
Fein/PIRA HQ at 44 Parnell Square.
After I joined, Na Fianna
Eireann, and my cousin, Provisional IRA Chief of Staff, Kevin McKenna, became
aware of my presence in Monaghan, he visited me at my bedsit and swore me into
The Provisional IRA. I was to be Kevin’s eyes and ears within Sinn Fein/PIRA in
Monaghan Town, as Kevin lived in Smithborough, about six miles away.
In June 1980, I was living on
my own in the bedsit and I worked long hard hours in the factory to pay my rent
and buy my food and clothes. I was doing ok, however, I really was a vulnerable
child on an adventure. I could not see the dangers that people may be more
aware of today.
The older lads invited me to
The Hillgrove Hotel as there was a disco there on a Friday and Saturday Night.
On my first social outing a girl called Mary asked me to walk her home, the
lads thought this was great crack as it was my first encounter with a girl. I
walked Mary home, she sat on one seat and I sat on another, we listened to The
Undertones record and then I said I better go. As I walked out the door, she
kissed me on the cheek, I got embarrassed and walked on.
The bedsit was not a great
environment to go back to in the evening after work, the people who owned the
big house were good people, but there was no TV in the bedsit so it was a bit
lonely. I got into a habit of going into one of the local pubs, having a bottle
of coke and a packet of Tayto crisps and watching the big colour TV. It was
like going to the cinema and it was better than being in the bedsit. Back then
a big TV was probably 20inchs.
One night while I was in The
Clara Inn (later The Chieftain) in Park Street, Monaghan Town, I was having my
crisps and coke and watching TV in the bar when I was approached by a big man.
This man introduced himself as Michael Lynagh and he explained that he was Jim
Lynagh’s (Sinn Fein Councillor/PIRA Commander) brother. Michael Lynagh chatted
to me for a while and then invited me back to a house. As Michael Lynagh was
Jim Lynagh’s brother, I went back to the house with him. The house was not far
from The Clara Inn and belonged to a couple who had a serious drink problem.
Michael Lynagh poured two
glasses of whiskey for he and I, it was horrible stuff, but he was insistent
and I suppose I thought it was manly to be drinking whiskey. When Michael
believed I was drunk enough he forced me face down on the coach and drove a
knife through the back of my left hand and pinned me to the wooded arm of the
couch and he raped me, I fought like mad but he was a brute, an animal. I was
very small in stature for my age due to childhood illnesses.
Michael Lynagh warned me not
to tell anyone, he reminded me who he was and so forth. I left and went back to
my bedsit, I understood the violence, I cannot say that I understood everything
that had happened. The next day I went to work as normal and I made an excuse
and went and got my hand stitched. I decided to speak with a member of the
PIRA, I told him what had happened. A meeting was arranged and I was taken to
meet other PIRA members, the most senior of which was J.B. O’Hagan.
J.B. O’Hagan was one of three
senior PIRA who had escaped from Mountjoy Jail by helicopter and he would run
for election to the Northern Ireland Assembly in 1983. J.B.O’Hagan told me how
important Jim Lynagh was to The Republican Movement, he told me that the Gardai
would use the attack on me to damage Sinn Fein/PIRA, and he reminded me what
had happened to 17 year-old Columba McVeigh five years earlier in Monaghan.
J.B. O’Hagan finally told me that Michael Lynagh would be moved to Dublin.
It was known that Michael
Lynagh was raping children, and two people challenged Jim Lynagh about the fact
that Sinn Fein/PIRA were protecting Michael Lynagh. One of the people who
challenged Jim Lynagh, Gabriel Murphy was shot dead in Emyvale by the PIRA and
a second person, Seamus McCleary was subject to a savage assault and was left
with a broken neck.
My cousin Kevin McKenna told
me how he had tortured school boy Columba McVeigh, and was satisfised that
Columba was not an informer. However, they had damaged Columba so badly they
decided to murder and bury his body, so that Catholic priest Fr Dennis Faul
could not use Columba’s injuries to expose what Sinn Fein/PIRA were doing to
the Catholic community. Columba’s body has never been found.
Following the meeting with
Sinn Fein/PIRA, I simply got on with life, back then there were no counselling
services, help-lines and so forth. In the weeks following my meeting with Sinn
Fein/PIRA I went to the Hillgrove Hotel with the lads and tried to keep going.
I was approached at The Hillgrove Hotel by Fiona McCleary, who was a friend of
the girl called Mary that I had walked home a couple of weeks earlier. Fiona
said that Mary had told her I was very innocent, and we had a laugh about that,
as I still had no clue what walking somebody home meant.
Fiona and I got on well
together, although even then she was drinking heavily and had been hospitalised
on a couple of occasions when she got too drunk. Fiona and Mary went off to The
Isle of Man for a holiday as they would have been older than me and more
worldly. I thought that was probably the end of my friendship with Fiona, but
then she sent me post-cards from The Isle of Man and kept the
relationship going. I was 16 years-old and Fiona was 18 years-old.
I was working hard in the
factory 1980, I would often work late so that I did not have to spend long in
the bedsit, just to sleep. I stayed out of the pub where I had meet Michael
Lynagh until I was sure he was gone away. In 1982, Michael Lynagh hung himself
in Mountjoy Jail, he had attacked someone else in Dublin with a knife, after
initially being moved to a Clearing House in Gardiner Street.
When Fiona McCleary returned
from The Isle of Man, August, 1980, we would meet at McKenna’s Pub on Dublin
Street and then we would go to The Hillgrove Hotel or The Four Seasons Hotel
for The Disco or Country and Western Band.
One day Fiona asked me to
babysit with her, it was for the Bank Manager of the Bank at the bottom of the
Hospital Hill back then. I agreed, it was August, 1980, as it had just been
Fiona’s birthday, she was 18 years old and I was 16 years-old. I worked that
day and then walked up to Fiona’s family home at 13 Glenview Heights. Fiona’s
Father Seamus drove us to the Bank Manager’s house out the Scotstown Road.
I had worked all day and I had
nothing to eat since lunch-time, I was really hungry. When the Bank Manager and
his wife left the house, I asked Fiona if there was anything to eat. Fiona went
to the kitchen and brought back a pint glass of orange juice and said there was
absolutely nothing to eat. I thought Fiona was joking and I went to the
kitchen, there was no food, not even bread.
In September, 1980, Fiona told
me she was pregnant and she wanted to go to Dublin to get engaged. I had just
got my emergency tax back and so I had some money, looking back I suppose Fiona
knew that. We went to Dublin and got engaged. When we returned from Dublin on
the evening we got engaged, we were in McKenna’s Pub in Dublin Street with the
usual crowd.
As we were socialising and
having the usual laughs and crack, one of the older lads made a nasty comment
about Fiona being pregnant, I challenged this individual outside and I gave him
a good beating in a fist fight. As I was walking away having won my fight, two
of the older lads got stuck into me, I don’t know why, I suppose I was the
outsider and I had just beaten one of the locals. I was beaten and kicked onto
the street and I fell in front of a car, my head hit of the bumper of the
moving car and I was unconscious for a few minutes.
Back then bumpers on cars were
made of chrome steel and not plastic like today. Initially it seemed that I was
ok and we walked out to The Four Seasons Hotel for the Dance. While I was in
the Dance Hall I collapsed and was taken to hospital, I had a fractured skull
from my head hitting of the car. When I woke up the next morning the man in the
bed opposite me was Seamus McAleer a GAA County footballer who had been hurt in
a hunting accident. He told me there was quite a fuss when I was brought in,
medical staff were calling for Gardai and so forth.
The lads who had attacked me
arrived at the hospital a couple of days after I was admitted and apologised
for the attack, blaming drink. They asked me not to make a statement to Gardai,
I told them I had no intention of making a statement and they were happy with
that.
I was released from hospital after
four-days and returned to work. Fiona then admitted to me that she was not
pregnant at all, I suppose I just drifted along, I don’t know, I was more
interested in politics, that’s what kept me going, I had a job to do.
I was working in the factory,
living in the bedsit, working with Sinn Fein/PIRA and going out with Fiona, I
was busy. I had worked for the first Hunger Strike at the end of 1980 on which
my cousin Sean McKenna had almost died before Brendan Hughes and Brendan ‘Bik’
McFarland had called the Hunger Strike off.
In early 1981 it was clear
that there was going to be a second hunger strike and there was a great deal of
campaigning to do. The PIRA in Monaghan were extremely active, Jim Lynagh,
Laurence McNally and Aidan McGurk had been released by The High Court in Dublin
and they had murdered 86-year-old, Sir Norman Strong and his son James at Tynan
Abbey.
In March, 1981, Fiona told me
she was pregnant, this time she actually was pregnant. I went with Fiona to
tell her Mother and Father, Seamus and Mary that we were getting married.
Seamus was a big man, Ulster Heavy Weight boxing champion 1968, only 12 years
earlier. Seamus was at the back of the house and pulling nails out of an old
door frame with a claw hammer, you don’t forget those moments.
Seamus was grand, he and I had
got on well together and he simply said, “Have you told her Mother yet?”, we
both heard the shouting coming from the kitchen, he looked at me and said, “You
did”. Fiona’s Mother, Mary McCleary was very angry because her and Seamus would
be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in 1981 and there
would be no money for a wedding.
I was satisfied that I was
doing the right thing, and so we pushed on with plans for the wedding. Both
Fiona and I were placed under extreme pressure by Mary McCleary to terminate
the life of our unborn child. I had no clue what all of this meant but I was
determined that the baby would be born and not harmed.
The above was my early
introduction as to how Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA dealt with children raped by
their members and the protection of their rapists was the priority.
Rape of women and children

In 1981, I worked hard for the
Hunger-strike campaign. We had secured rooms above a pub, now known as The
Shamrock Bar, on Dublin Street, where we ran the H-Block campaign.
On several occasions when I
arrived late to the rooms above the pub, after I had been out putting up
posters. Several members of Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA would be drunk and some
were having sex with under-age girls on top of the tables we used to paste our
posters (We had to put wall-paper paste on our posters to get them to stick to
the lamp-posts). The Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA members were in fact having sex
with children on top of posters of PIRA Hunger-striker, Kieran Doherty.
I spoke to JB O’Hagan about
the fact that members of Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA had desecrated posters of
Kieran Doherty by having sex with children on top of them. Once again, PIRA
members were simply told to keep their sexual exploits out of the public
domain, and each of the young girls involved were warned that if they told
anyone about having sex with Sinn Fein/PIRA members, there would be
consequences for them and their families.
These children and adult
women, would be known as the Harem by Jim Lynagh and other Sinn Fein/PIRA
members. The reason that this behaviour was not simply ended, was due to the
fact that if the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership knew the identities of the women and
children involved with Sinn Fein/PIRA members, then it would be easier to
identify a ‘leak’ if someone talked about Sinn Fein/PIRA business. For example,
following Loughgall where eight Sinn Fein/PIRA members were shot dead by the
SAS, the first people questioned by Sinn Fein/PIRA, were those women and
children with whom the eight dead Sinn Fein/PIRA members had been having sex
before they died. One such woman was actually kidnapped and accused of sharing
‘pillow talk’ with the Police, this was not true.
In 1982, Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin
was promoted to Editor of An Phoblacht and I was left to manage the Sinn
Fein/PIRA Shop/Advice Centre/Office at 21 Dublin Street, Monaghan Town. I was
inundated with complaints from the wives and partners of our own members about
the violence they were being subjected to.
When Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin was
in Dublin at 44 Parnell Square, I was answering to JB O’Hagan about the
complaints being brought to me in the Sinn Fein/PIRA Office. JB O’Hagan and
other SF/PIRA would visit the homes of the complainants and warn them to keep
their business private and the consequences for them if anything went to Social
Services or An Garda Siochana. The rapists and abusers would simply be told to
keep their business within their own home.
However, it became virtually
impossible for the SF/PIRA Leadership to keep the activity of the rapists they
were protecting quiet. Brendan Toal (Father of Sinn Fein Councillor, Malachy
Toal) who had used his position in SF/PIRA in Armagh to rape children and then
SF/PIRA had moved him to Monaghan Town, began raping children in Monaghan.
Brendan Toal was arrested on at least two occasions by An Garda Siochana for
sexually assaulting children, however, the parents of the children, including
Tommy Livingston were warned that they would be burned out if they pursued
charges against Brendan Toal.
When I would travel to 44
Parnell Square with Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin to meet with the staff at GHQ, Joe
Cahill, Rose Dugdale, Rita O’Hare and so forth. Joe Cahill would ask me to go
to a ‘Clearing House’ at the top of Gardiner Street, Dublin and take details
from Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA members staying in that Clearing House (Bed and
Breakfast).
I initially thought that the
SF/PIRA members staying in the ‘Clearing House’ were simply On-The-Run for
Terrorists related offences. However, Joe Cahill would tell me that the SF/PIRA
members had been moved down from Belfast and other areas by the Sinn Fein/PIRA
Leadership after they had admitted raping women, children or both on many
occasions.
I was directed by Joe Cahill
to establish exactly what skills these Sinn Fein/PIRA rapists had, for example,
bomb making skills, weapons skills, intelligence gathering and so forth. Joe
Cahill would then decide where the rapists should be placed, some would be sent
to Monaghan, Dundalk and Donegal to support the Border Brigades of the PIRA.
Once Sinn Fein/PIRA had their dark-secrets they owned them.
Those Sinn Fein/PIRA rapists
who had no particular skill set, would be handed over to Sinn Fein/PIRA
protected child-rapist, Eamon ‘Captain’ Cooke in Dublin and be given roles
within Sinn Fein/PIRA in Dublin. Eamon Cooke would secure accommodation, social
welfare, work and so forth for those being made permanent in Dublin. These
rapists would be moved into communities in Dublin and nobody, not even local
Sinn Fein/PIRA would know why they had been moved. Local Sinn Fein/PIRA would
open up their homes and give the rapists unquestioned access to their children,
with many of those children then being raped and the cycle would start all over
again.
Those rapists sent to
Monaghan, Donegal, Dundalk and so forth, were not known as rapists to those who
opened up their homes to them, believing they were On-The-Run for Terrorist
offences. The case of Seamus Marley is a very good example, of how the Sinn
Fein/PIRA Leadership in Belfast and Dublin moved child-rapists into
unsuspecting communities and the rapes continued.
In my role as Liasson Officer
between Joe Cahill (GHQ Command Staff) and the rapists being accommodated at
the ‘Clearing House’ in Gardiner Street, I had meet dozens of Sinn Fein/PIRA
protected rapists who had been moved out of Northern Ireland by the Sinn
Fein/PIRA Leadership and then placed into unsuspecting communities, where they
continued to rape.

From the moment I had joined
Sinn Fein/PIRA in 1980, we were constantly told to think of our interrogators as
homosexuals, we were constantly told that we must first take control of our
homes and our families and ensure that nobody within that environment spoke
about any matter, political or private outside the home.
People delivering these
classes such as Brendan Toal was known to have raped and sexually assaulted
children and yet he continued to indoctrinate young people to hate Homosexuals.
It was not unusual for those training us such as Brendan Toal to say:
“If you are going to rape your
children or the family cat, make sure that remains behind closed doors, if any
of this gets out, you will be moved to another area, or worse”.
This was being delivered by
Brendan Toal whom we all knew had been moved from Armagh for raping children
and he had continued to rape and sexually assault children in Monaghan Town.
Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan was a
prolific child rapist, but nobody said a word. When Pete Ryan was shot dead in
1991, he had left PIRA GP Dr Marian Smyth pregnant, Mary Caffrey from Ballybay
pregnant and a 12-year-old girl pregnant.
The 12-year-old girl did not know
she was pregnant, and gave birth to the baby while on her own. She knew the
baby had to be kept warm and so placed the baby in a cardboard box and into the
hot press, where the baby was found dead two days later.
While delivering the oration
at Laurence McNally’s funeral Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin said Laurence was a “Rogue”.
To those of us who knew Laurence McNally, Michael Pete Ryan and Tony Doris, we
knew exactly what Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin meant, all three had raped and sexually
abused under-age girls.
Mothers, mostly vulnerable and
living alone with their children, were ordered under threat of death to travel
to England with their under-age daughter who had been raped and made pregnant by
Sinn Fein/PIRA members and ordered to have the baby terminated so that the baby
could not be used to identify the rapist. Sinn Fein often paid for these
terminations.
I reported to An Garda
Siochana that Sinn Fein/PIRA members were using a flat in Castleblaney to have
sex with two women and a child who lived there. When Gardai raided the flat,
they found 15 men, having sex with the two women and an 18-month-old baby. All
were charged accordingly.
When people applied to join
Sinn Fein/PIRA, and we had knowledge that they had been involved in sex crime,
they were allowed to join, Patrick ‘Paddy’ Tierney, Frank Condra and so forth. Knowing
their dark secrets made them SF/PIRA slaves.
Once Sinn Fein/PIRA had their
‘dark secret’ Sinn Fein/PIRA owned them, they would do as they were told or be
fully exposed.
In the 1980s, a man called
John Mc McAviney,
from Ballybay approached me while I was managing the Sinn Fein/PIRA office in
Monaghan Town, he told me that he was one of dozens of people who had been
sexually assaulted and raped by Michael Feeney in Ballybay over many years.
Feeney was the headmaster of the school in Ballybay, but Feeney was well
connected to Sinn Fein/PIRA members including JB O’Hagan and Martin McGuinness.
I told John that I would pass
his information to JB O’Hagan as I was answerable to JB O’Hagan at that time.
JB O’Hagan and other SF/PIRA members visited John McAviney at his house and
warned him and others not to go to An Garda Siochana about Michael Feeney as he
was a strong supporter of Sinn Fein/PIRA and would be protected as such. People
from all walks of life who had been compromised by way of their sexual deviance
were owned by Sinn Fein/PIRA.
It would not be until 2000
that Michael Feeney would appear in Court charged with the sexual assault of
nine children with dozens more left on the books. Feeney turned up in Court
with a Character Reference from Northern Ireland’s Education Minister, Martin
McGuinness.
In 1981, I was remanded to
Crumlin Road Jail for an arson attack on the home of an RUC Officer, young
vulnerable prisoners, caught for such crimes as throwing stones or petrol bombs,
were being taken into the toilets in the yard of PIRA Controlled A-Wing,
Crumlin Road Jail and sexually assaulted and raped. My cousin Sean McKenna who
had been interned would later tell how such vulnerable young prisoners were
abused by older prisoners from the very outset of the SF/PIRA Campaign.
I was granted bail in the face
of opposition from the RUC, who said I was heavily involved with Sinn Fein/PIRA
in Monaghan, as the presiding Judge, felt that as I was still a child, I was
vulnerable to being groomed and abused by older Sinn Fein/PIRA prisoners. It
was no secret what was happening, however, who was going to report Sinn Fein/PIRA
to the authorities and expect to live.
Upon my release from Crumlin
Road Jail on Bail in 1981, I returned to Monaghan and Sinn Fein/PIRA told me
not to answer my bail as there was much to be done following the Hunger-strikes
of 1981.
I moved between 44 Parnell
Square, Dublin, engaging with Joe Cahill, Dundalk engaging with Fra Brown,
Navan engaging with Joe O’Reilly, Monaghan Town engaging with the Sinn
Fein/PIRA Command Staff and so forth.
At one point a complaint had
been made to Joe Cahill about the behaviour of a number of Sinn Fein/PIRA who
were living at a house in North Strand, Joe sent me to investigate. I found six
Sinn Fein/PIRA members in a drunken state with a naked female child, they had
gang raped the child over the weekend. These Sinn Fein/PIRA members were then
moved up to Monaghan Town and continued within Sinn Fein/PIRA.
During the early 1980s many
children found themselves on the streets as their parents were ravaged by drugs
that were flooding the streets of Dublin. Sinn Fein/PIRA were making good money
from the drugs trade by taking a percentage from dealers, in order for those
dealers to be allowed to deal in areas controlled by Sinn Fein/PIRA. Sinn
Fein/PIRA set-up proxy groups that would front their role in the drugs trade.
I was often in 44 Parnell
Square, when drug money would be delivered by way of the back door and then
that money laundered through Sinn Fein/PIRA people that we had working in the
banks. In 1985, hundreds of thousands of drug money, was placed in a bank
account in Navan, destined by buy explosives and weapons, Gardai seized this
money.
Up until 1984 our main Bagmen
were Phil Flynn, Patrick Murphy, Vincent Conlon and Joe Cahill. Phil Flynn
moved on after 1984, but remained loyal within the banking and financial
systems, up to and including The Northern Bank Robbery.
In 1992, I moved to Armagh
City and returned to education. I began to work with John Hume on what would
become known as the peace process, and I was a runner between my cousin Kevin
McKenna and Martin McGuinness.
In Armagh City Sinn Fein/PIRA
were dealing with the fallout from the exposure of a number of their protected
rapists. Women and children had been beaten, some tied to lampposts and paint
poured over them, to warn them and other rape victims to remain silent.
By 1992, Sinn Fein/PIRA were
not only profiting from the sale and supply of drugs, but many of their members
were using the drugs they had access to. This drug fuelled violence against
women and children pushed victims to seek help, but they paid a heavy price for
seeking such help. It was not unusual for Sinn Fein/PIRA rape victims, as young
as 12 to give birth to babies after being raped.
I meet with and spoke to
senior members of Sinn Fein/PIRA in Armagh whom I had known over many years,
however, their focus was on protecting the rapists and silencing any sex
scandal against Sinn Fein/PIRA.
In 1993, I moved to the Ormeau
Road in Belfast. I meet with senior Sinn Fein/PIRA members that I had meet with
over the years across the country at protests, in jail and so forth.
In 1993, Sinn Fein/PIRA had
ordered two families out of the area after those families had complained that
their children had ben raped by Fr Brendan Smyth. Fr Brendan Smyth had been a
messenger between the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership in Belfast and the others in
Dublin. Fr Brendan Smyth was one of many priests who had been protected by Sinn
Fein/PIRA after those priests had been identified as child-rapists.
Long serving members of Sinn
Fein/PIRA such as Brendan Curran, got to a point that he could no longer
protect certain priests, simply because those priests were engaging in a
particular role for Sinn Fein/PIRA, be that moving explosives and weapons (Fr
Ryan, Fr Chesney), or simply delivering messages (Fr Brendan Smyth).
When I settled into Belfast, I
was attending Sinn Fein/PIRA meetings all over the city and in Derry. I was
working on the peace process with all of the key-stake-holders. In Belfast, it
quickly became clear, that the rape of women and children by Sinn Fein/PIRA
members was occupying a great deal of time.
Sinn Fein/PIRA in Belfast were
fire-fighting rape allegations, trying desperately to silence rape victims with
threats against them and their families. The Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership in
Belfast were beginning to meet with international politicians and could not
now, more than ever before, have Sinn Fein/PIRA exposed for raping Catholic
women and children and protecting the rapists.
While it is now public
knowledge that women and children were subjected to Kangaroo Courts after being
raped by Sinn Fein/PIRA members, in order to gain their silence and protect
their rapists, the numbers involved were staggering.
Sinn Fein/PIRA in Belfast were
now using a fairly sophisticated system to move their rapists into other
communities, including the Republic of Ireland. A group called Base 2 was
set-up within an NGO (fully funded by the Brish Govt) and still exists in 2022.
Sinn Fein/PIRA have also set-up their own systems which engage with Base 2.
This system works as follows.
A man or woman, will approach a Sinn Fein/PIRA member, and complain that a
member of Sinn Fein/PIRA has sexually assaulted or raped their children in one
of the Sinn Fein/PIRA controlled areas. The alleged perpetrator will be
questioned at a Sinn Fein/PIRA location, normally, the perpetrator will admit
guilt if they are guilty, as they know they will simply be moved on and
continue to work for Sinn Fein/PIRA in another community or as a Shinnerbot
on-line.
When the perpetrator of the
rape admits that they have raped a woman/child or both. The perpetrator will to
told to go to Base 2 (Funded by British Govt) and tell Base 2, that they have
to get out of the area. Base 2 will phone an established contact in Sinn
Fein/PIRA for confirmation of the ‘threat’. Base 2 will then pay for the
perpetrator to move to another location, Base 2 will also arrange temporary
accommodation for the perpetrator. This system has been used to move hundreds
of Sinn Fein/PIRA sex criminals, particularly since 1998, when it is even more
politically sensitive for Sinn Fein/PIRA to be seen to be protecting their
rapists.
Sinn Fein/PIRA continue to
move selected Sinn Fein/PIRA rapists, outside of the above system if that
rapist is of particular seniority or related to a Sinn Fein/PIRA member of
seniority. Recently, a member of The Provisional IRA Army Council, was moved
out of Ireland and is now On-The-Run having been charged with child rape. The
case, if allowed to proceed would simply be too politically embarrassing for
Sinn Fein/PIRA.
Between 1992-97 I would meet
regularly with Martin McGuinness in Derry. In 1997, John Hume called me into
Derry, as McGuinness had kidnapped a man from the Creggan called Philip
McCarron, who was being accused of being a Homosexual. Philip McCarron was
tortured for two days until I secured his release by threatening McGuinness.
Philip McCarron was only set free after he agreed to sign a letter that had
been written by McGuinness stating that he would get medical help for his
Homosexuality. This was a case reported in the public domain at the time.
The Creggan, and other Sinn
Fein/PIRA controlled areas in Derry were dealing on a daily basis with the rape
of women and children by their members, this became more acute as Provisional
IRA operations were being wound down, and men normally in positions of power
found themselves redundant and without authority. Domestic violence, rape and
drug fuelled house parties became the norm. In the picture below one of Martin
McGuinness’s most trusted associates, Raymond McCartney MLA speaks at one of my
debates in QUB, the female is a recently released PIRA prisoner. This simply
demonstrates the level of contacts that I had in the 1990s.
Having worked tirelessly for
the peace process, I parted company with Sinn Fein/PIRA following the Sinn
Fein/PIRA Convention in Donegal in October 1997. Following the Convention, a
number of Sinn Fein/PIRA members decided to set-up The Real IRA, Michael
McKevitt and his men were allowed without restraint to empty Provisional IRA
arms dumps.
When I challenged Kevin
McKenna and Martin McGuinness about this, they both said they were not going to
stop McKevitt and company taking their explosives and weapons. The Sinn
Fein/PIRA Leadership had decided to use The Real IRA as Proxies, Sinn Fein/PIRA
would continue to sell themselves as peace makers, while presenting The Real
IRA as the alternative if Sinn Fein/PIRA demands were not met.
Following the Good Friday
Agreement, the Rapes and murders continued, even more so as hundreds of Sinn
Fein/PIRA prisoners were released and swamped council housing estates from
where they had been absent for many years, many since convicted of heinous
crimes.
Sinn Fein/PIRA Mutilation
Squads were at full throttle firefighting any allegations or complaints being
made against Sinn Fein/PIRA members. Children alleging rape at the hands of
Sinn Fein/PIRA members were subject to Kangaroo Courts, shot, beaten and on
occasion if their rapist was high ranking within Sinn Fein/PIRA, shot dead.
Marty Morris who raped Maria Cahill, was a member of one such mutilation squad.
In 1998, I had parted company
with Sinn Fein/PIRA in a very public fashion, however, I did meet Joe Cahill
(who had now returned to NI under secret Amnesty) at B and Q on Boucher Road in
Belfast. It was during one such meeting that Joe told me, he was not happy that
27 of the original list of 41 Sinn Fein/PIRA members put forward for Comfort
Letters from the British, were in fact On-The-Run for Rape.
I then press released the
names of 100 Sinn Fein/PIRA Protected Rapists, the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership
denied my assertions and threatened me with death. It would not be until 2014
that Gerry Adams would finally admit that I was correct in 1998, however, he
only handed over the names of 27 of their protected rapists to An Garda
Siochana, this was 27 from my list of 100, I had publicly named in 1998,
including Gerry Adams Snr, Liam Adams, Marty Morris, Seamus Marey and so forth.
Sinn Fein/PIRA kept very detailed records of their protected rapists.
In early 1999, journalists
such as Martin O’Hagan whose silence had not been bought with free meals at
Stormont and legal threats from Sinn Fein/PIRA’s battery of solicitors, began
to investigate and write about the Sinn Fein/PIRA campaign of rape against
their own community.
Sinn Fein/PIRA were coming
under pressure, as the story, if fully exposed, could render Gerry Adams and
Martin McGuinness, Persona Non Grata. The Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership in Belfast
ordered an ‘Internal Audit’ of sex crimes by its members from Cork to Donegal.
I was made aware of this Audit in order to try and silence me, for example,
Sinn Fein/PIRA were telling me that they were taking sex crime seriously and
would address it once they had established how extensive it was.
This was never about
protecting victims; it was about damage limitation. The ‘Internal Audit’
concluded that by 1998 (although the rapes have continued post-1998) Sinn
Fein/PIRA members across the country had admitted to being involved in at least
5,000 rapes of Catholic women and children. This figure only deals with those
cases reported, it does not deal with those women and children silenced by
being murdered and disappeared, tarred and feathered, beaten or shot.
Joe Cahill and Pat McGeown
told me that the reason widowed Catholic mother of 10 children, Jean McConville
had been kidnapped, tortured, murdered and secretly buried by Sinn Fein/PIRA,
was due to the fact that Jean was a woman who was not afraid to speak out, at a
time Sinn Fein/PIRA, were in the 1970s, trying to silence the Catholic
community. Jean had confronted Madge McConville (Female PIRA Leader, Lower
Falls) about the fact that the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership were protecting serial
child-rapist Gerry Adams Snr. Gerry Adams TD would under political pressure
many years later, admit that he knew that both his father Gerry Adams Snr and
his brother Liam Adams were child rapists. Gerry Adams Snr given a full style
Sinn Fein/PIRA funeral.
Dozens of women and children
who dared to tell anyone that they had been raped or sexually assaulted by
members of Sinn Fein/PIRA were tarred and feathered when they refused to be
silent. Sinn Fein/PIRA would use their proxies in the media, to claim that such
women and children had fraternised with British Military, this at a time when
Martin McGuinness was enjoying weekend breaks in London with MI6, this all now
on public record.
We will never know how many
men, women and children were disappeared by Sinn Fein/PIRA. It was so easy for
Sinn Fein/PIRA to put our rumours when a woman or child disappeared from a
particular area under the control of Sinn Fein/PIRA.
In early 1999, Eamon Collins
was murdered in Newry, graffiti appearing on the wall of the estate where he
lived described Eamon as a Paedophile and a tout, the Sinn Fein/PIRA member who
wrote that graffiti, Michael Marron, would later plead guilty to child rape.
Michael Marron had been protected for decades.
In 1999, I was exposing Sinn
Fein/PIRA at every opportunity, and as a result of my campaign many people trusted
me with their knowledge of Sinn Fein/PIRA Rapists.
I was contacted by a young man
called Charles Bennett. Charles was a 22-year-old Catholic, who was working
hard and had no involvement with Sinn Fein/PIRA. Charles told me that he had
been raped by a Sinn Fein/PIRA member known as Seamus Marley. Seamus Marley is
the son of a former senior member of Sinn Fein/PIRA, Laurence Marley, credited
with the PIRA escape from the Maze in 1983, and then shot dead by the UVF in
1989.
Laurence Marley would be
considered, even in death as ‘Republican Royalty’ and his name not to be
tarnished. Charles Bennett wanted to go public with his story of having been
raped by Seamus Marley and then silenced by a Kangaroo Court. I do not know to
whom else Charles had spoken, however, Sinn Fein/PIRA discovered that he was
preparing to tell his story.
Charles Bennett was kidnapped,
tortured (to establish to whom he had spoken) and then shot dead, not just to
protect Seamus Marley, but also the memory of Laurence Marley. Those who
sanctioned the murder of Charles Bennet, had benefited from the 1983 escape
from The Maze Prison, the Sinn Fein/PIRA member who directed the murder was a
prolific rapist as were other members of his murder squad.
Sinn Fein/PIRA did not deny
Charles Bennett’s murder, but said that his murder was ‘Internal House-keeping’
and not a breach of their cease-fire, the British Govt agreed with that
assertion. Sinn Fein/PIRA now had a licence to murder and rape, as long as that
murder and rape was directed at Catholics. Below a record of a phone call, I
made to the Northern Ireland Office about the murder of Charles Bennett.
Seamus Marley had been
questioned in Belfast about allegations that he had raped a number of children,
many of whom were the children of other Sinn Fein/PIRA members. Marley admitted
that he was a child rapist and the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership in Belfast, agreed
to move Seamus Marley to a safe-house in County Louth as they had done with
many other child rapists including Liam Adams.
In this safe-house Seamus
Marley raped at least two more children. The Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership in
Belfast then moved Seamus Marley to the Clearing House in Gardiner Street,
where he was given a letter of recommendation so that he could secure work with
Autistic children. The Provisional IRA Army Council member who gave the letter
of recommendation, is in 2022, On-The-Run having been charged with child-rape.
When Seamus Marley arrived at
the Clearing House, he told anyone who would listen that he had just returned
from active service in London, 1990, an operation on which his girlfriend and
another PIRA member had been killed by their own bomb. We all knew that Seamus
Marley had no interest in females. While in Dublin and On-The-Run for child
rape, Seamus Marley was regular visitor to Sinn Fein/HQ at 44 Parnell Square
and he socialised with other Sinn Fein/PIRA from Belfast who were On-the-Run in
Dublin, but who have now mysteriously returned to Northern Ireland and live
openly without fear of arrest. Dermot Finucane being a good example.
Some of the Rape cases
prosecuted against Sinn Fein/PIRA members
In 2000, I was in Monaghan Circuit Court when one of Ireland’s most
prolific Pedophiles, School Headmaster, Michael Feeney, who had pleaded Guilty
to sexually assaulting 9 children, produced a Character Reference from NI
Education Minister, Martin McGuinness, McGuinness himself a child abuser and he
admitted such on live TV. Although to those who knew Martin McGuinness
personally it was no secret that he had sexually assaulted children.
One of Michael
Feeney’s victims, John McAviney told the Court that it would be easier to count
the children Feeney did not sexually assault, including bondage, in the
Ballybay School where he was Headmaster.
“John McAviney said
that he and other victims had been silenced for years by senior members of Sinn
Fein/PIRA such as JB O’Hagan”.
13 July 1983, I was
in Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin’s car in Monaghan Town, Caoimhghín went into Hamill’s
Book shop to get The Irish Times, I was approached by Garda Special Branch
Officer, who had the same name as a senior Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA member,
Lynagh. On the evening of 13 July, 1983, I was arrested by Garda Special Branch
at Safe-house in north Dublin, at approx. 3am on the morning of the 14 July,
1983, when I was released from the Bridewell Garda Station, I returned to
SF/PIRA HQ at No.44 Parnell Square.
When I entered No.44
Parnell Square with my key, I heard noise upstairs, when I went upstairs to a
large open room there was several members of SF/PIRA drunk and engaging in
sexual activity with children, I reported this to Joe Cahill the next day, I
also reported to Gardai. Joe Cahill told me that there had been an on-going
problem at Sinn Fein/PIRA HQ at 44 Parnell Square, as men On-The-Run would
often stay in 44 Parnell Square, this often resulted in drunkenness and the
abuse of women and children.
Joe Cahill told me
that senior Sinn Fein/PIRA members such as Gerry O’Hare had been caught
engaging in sexual activity with children, they would pick-up on the street,
and these senior Sinn Fein/PIRA were then moved to other locations or into
different aspects of society, so they could be used as proxies. Gerry O’Hare
had initially been married to Rita O’Hare, now in charge of Friends of Sinn
Fein in America, and later he married Anne Cadwallader.
In 1983, many
children were running the streets of Dublin as their parents were consumed by
the newly emerging drug epidemic, Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA members were doing
in Dublin as they had done in Belfast, Derry and other parts of the country,
they were raping children because they were criminals operating outside of
societal norms, this has not changed, they are simply better at covering up
their crimes.
1983: Joe Cahill “If
we had as many Provos as we have Paedophiles, the Brits would be on the boat”,
Joe had sent me to a safe House in North Dublin to see what was going on, after
a complaint, I found 6 SF/PIRA drunk with a naked 12-year-old girl.

I would take details from the individuals concerned and report back to
Joe Cahill, Joe would then determine how best to use the individuals concerned.
If the individuals concerned had a specialist skill such as bomb making, they
would be moved up to border towns such as Dundalk or Monaghan. If the
individuals had no particular skills they would be handed over to Eamon
‘Captain’ Cooke and he would help them get accommodation, work, social welfare
and so forth.

It is not unreasonable to say that sex crime within Sinn Fein/PIRA was a
pandemic and I have no reason to believe that it is anything different in 2022,
in fact to the contrary. Much is now known about sex crime within Sinn
Fein/PIRA, however, for decades Sinn Fein/PIRA have denied their Rapists and
those Rapists were able to continue with their crimes without the restraint of
law.
Sinn Fein Sex Crime Exposed
Sinn Fein/PIRA: Michael ‘Pete’ Ryan who was shot dead by SAS in 1991,
had escaped from Crumlin Road Jail in 1981, within a couple of days of escaping
in 1981, he was Raping a child at a Safe House in Meath, when he died, he left
two women pregnant, Dr Marian Smyth, Monaghan Town, Mary Caffrey, Ballybay and
a 12-year-old girl.
1998: A Catholic Mother cried, as she told me, she was ordered at
gun-point to take her 12-year-old daughter to England for an Abortion after the
Child had been Raped by a senior SF/PIRA member, SF/PIRA feared the baby’s DNA
could be used to identify the SF/PIRA Rapist.
In 2014 Gerry Adams TD would produce a list of 27 Sinn
Fein/PIRA rapists that they had Ghosted into The Irish
Republic in order to take the political pressure off. This was the 27 originally
included in the initial list of 41 On-The-Runs to receive 'Comfort Letters'
from MI6.
Leading members of Sinn Fein/PIRA who had admitted to Sinn Fein/PIRA
that they were sex criminals such as Gerry Adams Snr, Liam Adams, Marty Morris,
Seamus Marley, Ruby Davidson, Briege Meehan, Michael Marron and hundreds more
were and continue to be protected by Sinn Fein/PIRA. Only a handful of Sinn
Fein/PIRA rapists have actually appeared before the courts, their victims
remain silenced in the Ghettos and the Leavey lanes of suburbia by the threat
of death, as suffered by Paul Quinn in Monaghan or Kevin McGuigan in Belfast or
David Byrne in Dublin in recent times.
Of the initial list of 41 Sinn Fein/PIRA members drawn up by The Sinn
Fein/PIRA leadership to receive Comfort Letters from MI6, 27 on that list
were Sinn Fein/PIRA sex criminals such as Seamus Marley. Seamus
Marley is the son of leading Sinn Fein/PIRA member Laurence Marley who was shot
dead by loyalist paramilitaries. Seamus Marley had been moved out of Belfast
after admitting to the Sinn Fein/PIRA leadership that he had engaged in sex
crimes.
The Secretary of State for the north was told in 1999 that 27 of the 41
OTRs on the list were sex criminals and not on-the-run for Terrorist activity.
Marley was moved to a Sinn Fein/PIRA safe-house in Louth where he raped
two young boys, he is now serving 7 years for those rapes but is under
investigation for other crimes.
In Dundalk in the 1990s Liam Adams was describing himself on the front
page of the regional paper, Argos, as a Paedophile Hunter, in fact, he was the paedophile
but had been protected by the leadership of Sinn Fein/PIRA, he has since died
while serving 15 years for raping a 4-year-old-child.
Liam Adams admitted to the Sinn Fein/Provisional IRA Leadership in
Belfast that he had Raped his 4-year-old daughter Aine, Sinn Fein/PIRA then
sent Liam to Dundalk, Liam had unfettered access to children and was promoted
to Chairman of the Sinn Fein/PIRA Comhairle Ceanntair in Louth. Liam Adams
continued to rape children in Louth.
An article published by Ed Moloney in The Sunday Tribune in 2000 shook
the leadership of Sinn Fein/PIRA as people were beginning to break
silence.
Sinn Fein/PIRA member Michael Marron pleaded guilty to raping a female
child after that child’s family had to move out of the area to seek justice.
Michael Marron is also the person who continuously ran a smear campaign against
Eamon Collins before Eamon was murdered in 1999. Marron had often written on
the walls of Barcroft estate that Eamon Collins was a Paedophile. When one
hears a Sinn Fein/PIRA Troll talking about Paedophiles, the Troll is normally
the Paedophile.
An article in The Sunday Herald September 1999, highlights how the rape
of women and children is being used by Sinn Fein/PIRA as a weapon of torture,
The Rape Crisis Centre, Belfast is quoted:
“One in every Four clients that we deal with, women and children have
been raped by Sinn Fein/PIRA members. In some instances, Mothers have been
warned at gun point to take their raped child to England for an abortion so
that the Sinn Fein/PIRA rapists cannot be identified at a latter point by DNA
from the baby”.
1998: A Catholic Mother cried, as she told me, she was ordered at
gun-point to take her 12-year-old daughter to England for an Abortion after the
Child had been Raped by a senior SF/PIRA member, SF/PIRA feared the baby’s DNA
could be used to identify the SF/PIRA Rapist.
An article that appeared in The Newsletter Sept 2000 explains how a male
child was shot by Sinn Fein/PIRA because he told social worker that he had been
sexually abused by a senior member of Sinn Fein/PIRA.
Sinn Fein/PIRA kept very detailed records of the Human Rights abuses
they engaged in, that is why Gerry Adams could produce a list of 27 Sinn
Fein/PIRA Rapists who had been protected by the Sinn Fein/PIRA
leadership and Ghosted into The Republic.
Child Protection within Sinn Fein/PIRA
Gerry Adams under political pressure handed over a list of 27 Sinn
Fein/PIRA Rapists who were protected by The Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership and moved
secretively into The Irish Republic. Over 200 Sinn Fein/PIRA Rapists were moved
into The Irish Republic, and 57 of those have received Comfort letters. Also in
the picture is, Sinn Fein’s, John Finucane MP who has a caution from the PSNI
for Indecent exposure.
Gary McGurk Murderer
Sinn Fein/PIRA member, Gary McGurk is the son of Provisional IRA member
Aidan McGurk. Gary McGurk was born in Monaghan Town and educated at St Louis
Primary School in Monaghan Town. Gary McGurk moved to America with his Father
Aidan McGurk and his Mother Caroline.
Gary McGurk is now serving 29-37 years in New York for the brutal Murder
of Michelle Lee, a beautiful and talented young woman who was a student
criminologist, and whose naked body was found brutally murdered.
Darcy Gearoid McMenamin
29/7/2020: Sinn Fein/PIRA bomber. Deported from America to face Child Sexual
Assault Charges, The Court has not banned his identification,
McMenamin, aged 44 and with an address given as Glen Road, Drumquin, is
accused of indecently assaulting two children and committing an act of gross
indecency on one on dates between January 1992 and December 1993.
Addressing Omagh Magistrates Court
sitting in Dungannon, a Police Service of Northern Ireland officer said the
charges could be connected. Asked if he understood them, McMenamin replied:
“Yes”. McMenamin is one of dozens of Sinn Fein/PIRA members moved to America by
the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership after allegations of sexual assault/rape were
made.
An attempt to seek reporting restrictions banning the publication of
McMenamin’s identity was rejected by District Judge, John Meehan: “It’s a
serious matter and I don’t feel I can intrude upon press freedom.”
McMenamin was remanded until next month.
Marty Morris
Marty Morris Sinn Fein/PIRA member who has been publicly named as the
person who Raped Maria Cahill. Marty Morris was initially outed in 1998 by this
writer and Martin O'Hagan was investigating a series of Paedophile Rings within
Sinn Fein/PIRA.
Eamon 'Captain' Cooke was a member of Sinn Fein/PIRA in Dublin, during
the Hunger Strikes in 1980-1 Eamon 'Captain' Cooke provided Sinn Fein/PIRA with
Radio equipment so that they could operate pirate radio stations in places such
as Monaghan/Cavan.
Over several decades Eamon was a prolific paedophile and he was the
liaison officer for Sinn Fein/PIRA rapists arranging at a Clearing House in
north Dublin.
Briege Meehan was the wife of Provisional IRA Commander, Martin Meehan,
Briege Meehan would face a raft of charges including sexual assault and other
abuses of a child, based upon a guilty plea she was convicted of the child
abuse/cruelty charges and the sexual assault charges were left on the books.
Brendan Toal, front right carrying the coffin, was a member of Sinn
Fein/PIRA who was moved from Armagh by SF/PIRA following allegations of child
sexual abuse, Brendan Toal was moved to Monaghan Town where he continued to
sexually abuse children, he was arrested on two occasions for sexually abusing
children.
Brendan Toal is Father of Monaghan, Sinn Fein/PIRA Councillor Malachy
Toal and Grandfather of Donna Toal who set herself up as a child protection
campaigner in 2000, at a time when one of her mother’s cousins, a Sinn
Fein/PIRA member, was before Monaghan Circuit Court for the systematic sexual
assault of a number of children in north Monaghan. Other members of her
extended family are well known to child protection services and Gardai in
Monaghan.
Jimmy McDonnell, a Sinn Fein Councillor from Longford who has been
sentenced to 12 years for raping several children between the ages of 4-year-old
and 12-year-old.
While Sinn Fein/PIRA had used the pages of their tabloid paper, An
Phoblacht, to condemn successive Govts for their failure to high-light child
abuse in institutions of ‘care’, Sinn Fein/PIRA have never used An Phoblacht to
high-light the conviction of any of their protected rapists.
This selective reporting by the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership, demonstrates
that, violence against women and children within Sinn Fein/PIRA continues to be
viewed as “Internal House-keeping”.
Christy Griffin was a key player in the robbery of high-value goods from
Dublin Docks over many years, he was working with a Sinn Fein/PIRA Unit who
were fund-raising for Sinn Fein/PIRA, he has served a 15-year sentence for
child rape. Sinn Fein/PIRA provided weapons that were used in the harassment,
intimidation and murder of those who supported the child at the centre of the
rape case against Christy Griffin.
Rossi Walsh was heavily involved with Sinn Fein/PIRA in Dublin and was
involved in many fund-raising activities including racketeering, robbery and so
forth. Rossi Walsh is presently serving 10 years for child rape.
Martin McGuinness, who was recruited by MI6 after covert surveillance
recorded him abusing a female child, in this picture Martin McGuinness is
opening the new Sinn Fein Office in Dundalk with Liam Adams at a time when
Martin McGuinness and Gerry Adams both know and accept that Liam Adams has
Raped his 4-year-old daughter Aine.
Brendan 'Ruby' Davidson was a senior member of Sinn Fein/PIRA in
Belfast, he sat on The Command Staff of The PIRA with Gerry Adams, Ruby
Davidson was shot dead by loyalists, but was in fact a prolific child rapist,
he regularly took young boys of the streets and raped them.
Gerry Adams can be seen carrying the coffin of Ruby Davidson in the
picture above, and Ruby was given a full style Sinn Fein/PIRA funeral although
the leadership knew that he was a child rapist. Ruby Davidson when
questioned by the SF/PIRA Leadership admitted that he had Raped at least 12
under age boys, Ruby was allowed to continue in his role as Enforcer.
Also in the picture is Feddie Scappitici, walking in front of the
umbrella with moustache and looking to the left. Freddie was a close associate
of Gerry Adams and has recently been convicted of Bestiality related
crimes.
A former leading member of the Provisional IRA, who
was facing charges of sexually abusing a child, has disappeared. The man, who
is now 68, had been extradited from Spain in 2016 to face four charges. He
was subsequently granted bail, but it is believed he has fled the country. He
was a senior Sinn Fein/PIRA member at the time that Garda Gerry McCabe was
murdered.
Michael Marron Sinn Fein/PIRA member from Newry convicted of child Rape,
Martin O'Hagan who wrote the article above was later set-up by Sinn Fein/PIRA
and murdered by the LVF as Martin had begun an investigation into the
wide-spread protection of Sinn Fein/PIRA Rapists by the Sinn Fein/PIRA
leadership.
Martin O'Hagan was exposing an all-Ireland wide network of Sinn
Fein/PIRA Paedophile-Rings.
Comfort Letter No.3: in 1999, Martin Forbes, was on the original list of
41 Sinn Fein/PIRA On-The-Runs (OTRS) to be given a Comfort Letter…Where is The
Freedom Fighter Now…he is serving 15 years for Raping a number of children in
The Irish Republic…He targeted several women online to gain access to their
children…
In 2000 two young girls from north Monaghan went to Gardai and told how
they had been sexually abused over many years by their Sinn Fein/PIRA Uncle.
Gardai arrested the Sinn Fein/PIRA member, and he voluntarily admitted the
abuse of several young girls.
The Sinn Fein/PIRA member was charged with dozens of sexual assault
charges and the case was to proceed as normal. However, Sinn Fein/PIRA were
already under pressure due to the fact that I had press released the names of
100 Sinn Fein/PIRA sex criminals who had been protected by the Sinn Fein/PIRA
Leadership.
Two members of Sinn Fein/PIRA went to the home of the two young victims
and ordered them to withdraw their evidence against their Sinn Fein/PIRA Uncle,
or their family would be burned out of the community. The two young girls
appeared before Monaghan Circuit Court and withdrew their evidence, their Uncle
walked away a free man, yet he was a self-confessed paedophile.
In 2022 this self-confessed paedophile has access to young children on a
daily basis, both north and south of the ‘border’, he has no condition placed
on him, and the only way he can be prosecuted is if Sinn Fein/PIRA lift the
death threat against the, now, young women and their family.
Another child raped by a member of Sinn Fein/PIRA in north Monaghan, was
as a young adult being taunted by her rapist, I spoke to a Garda Detective, the
young woman wore a ‘wire’ and her rapist was recorded admitting her rape and he
was sentenced to 7-years. While in prison this Sinn Fein/PIRA rapist applied
for temporary release to attend the wedding of a Sinn Fein/PIRA serial killer,
a Sinn Fein TD lobbied to get him release for the wedding.
Kevin McKenna, Chief of Staff of PIRA who murdered school boy Columba
McVeigh and buried him on the Moors of north Monaghan, his body has not been
found. Kevin McKenna who was fascinated by The Moors Murderers, and the Fear
their crimes generated. Kevin McKenna, told me how he had squeezed Columba’s
testicles until he passed-out, Kevin took great pleasure in sexual sadism. Many
men, women and children kidnapped over the years by Sinn Fein/PIRA members,
were raped and sexually assaulted both while alive and in death. My commanding
Officer, Jim Lynagh had no problem telling me what he done to those he
kidnapped.
Fr Brendan Smyth who raped hundreds of children over decades was
protected by Sinn Fein/PIRA in Belfast when he was in Belfast and based on the
Ormeau Road. Two families who complained to Sinn Fein/PIRA in Belfast that
their children had been sexually abused by Brendan Smyth were forced out of the
area and the priest was protected.
Brendan Curran accuses Sinn Fein of covering up priest's abuse
Following on from allegations that Sinn Fein/PIRA forced two young
families out of South-Belfast to protect Paedophile Priest Brendan Smyth,
Senior Republican Brendan Curran said he was told to stay silent about another
Paedophile Priest by his Sinn Fein peers.
Speaking to the Sunday Independent after the tumultuous council meeting,
Mr Curran said:
"This priest is dead now, but he was in every school in the Newry area for
years and abused children in every one of them. People have been coming
forward."
"I raised it with the Republican movement 10 years ago and was told
to drop it; it was a negative story, to drop it; it was a negative issue."
Mr Curran added: "The leadership was aware of this being
raised."
Conclusion
I have set out a very clear picture
of how Sinn Fein/PIRA have protected rapists within their ranks from 1969 to
the present day, the rape and brutality of women and children directed and
“Justified” by the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership. Sinn Fein/PIRA continue to
protect rapists and silence victims to minimise bad publicity.
Structures, mechanisms, personnel,
finance were put in place to silence victims and protect rapists. Rapists such
as Thomas Begley were then slaves to the Sinn Fein/PIRA Leadership, Thomas
Begley sent into The Shankill Road in 1993 as a suicide bomber. In 1993, the
secret relationship between Martin McGuinness and MI6 had been exposed, and the
Belfast Leadership needed to send out a message to Monaghan/East Tyrone Sinn
Fein/PIRA, that the Leadership had not sold out, and the best way to do that
was a sectarian kill. Like Enniskillen in 1987.
Sinn Fein/PIRA would claim that The
Shankill Bomb was to target Johnny Adair, however, this was simply political
spin, Johnny Adair could have been taken out at any-time.
When Sinn Fein/PIRA protect a rapist
within their ranks, they own that rapist. Many Sinn Fein/PIRA rapists so
protected now sit behind dozens of Shinnerbot Accounts on social media and pump
out Hate at the direction of their leadership, an agenda set each Monday
morning, coordinated and centrally directed.
The social media account below
exposed by me, had 11,000 Shinnerbot accounts attached, including senior
members of Sinn Fein/PIRA, directing Homophobic Hate at Leo Varadakar.
Mary Lou McDonald’s assertion and
continued mantra, that The Provisional IRA Campaign, of which rape and the
protection of rapists was central, is “Justified” is an afront to democracy and
a stain on Dail Eireann and has left myself and other survivors of Sinn
Fein/PIRA rapists feeling as though we have been raped and brutalised yet again,
by a system that tolerates the bullying, harassment and reckless endangerment
of Sinn Fein/PIRA rape survivors.
I have known many rape victims who
have taken their own lives after being constantly taunted and bullied by their
Sinn Fein/PIRA rapists. I view the comments of Mary Lou McDonald in this light.
